    From the majestic mountains of El Cielito comes our first Honduras single origin of the year. Linda Vista in the Santa Barbara region is a picturesque farm—just as its name in Spanish suggests—that’s under the gentle care of long-time coffee producer Joel Guzmán Muñoz. This particular microlot is Parainema, a hybrid variety first created in Honduras, and therefore highly reflective of this country’s most prominent coffee qualities. Think uniquely herbaceous notes of sunny florals, juicy plum, and a refreshing sweetness brought out through natural processing.
