    We’re enjoying excellent coffee and redressing inequality at the same time with this special triple-variety lot from the Mestiza project. Mestiza is a women-led coffee initiative that provides education and technical assistance to 150 female coffee leaders in the Callayuc area; an effort that further positively impacts a wider community of 2,400 producers. A transformative model that integrates sustainability, economic security, and gender empowerment truly is sweet, so it’s no wonder this resulting lot comes brimming with syrupy candied orange flavour and a subtle nutty taste. All enhanced by washed processing, and a light roast by yours truly.
