Our producer, the brilliant Sonia Diaz, blends her agronomy acumen with a commitment to quality to produce lots that are true to origin and rank high on the specialty coffee scale. We have the best example in this coffee that brings together quintessentially Perúvian Marshell beans with high-grown geisha. Inherently floral, nutty, and fruit-forward, this lot’s notes are further cemented by washed processing, and brought to its full potential with a light roast.
