We’re thrilled to welcome this woman-produced coffee back to our rotation for the first time since September 2023. Grace Morales Flores is a third-generation farmer who has cemented her legacy as the first in her family to produce coffee on the 350-hectare farm—and delicious coffee at that! From under the shade of cedar and plantain trees, Flores harvests several coffee varietals, though this lot of honey-processed Typica is some of her finest work. Roasted light so you can enjoy the yellow stone fruit notes inherent to the cup.
