From the ‘Garden of Eden’ comes another Felipe Arcila special. This renowned producer’s latest micro-lot contains hand-plucked Red Geisha beans bursting with fruit flavour. Grown on the foothills of Colombia’s picturesque central mountain ranges, the farm benefits from the region’s high elevation and propitious rainfall. After washed processing, the beans were sundried on raised beds. This allowed the coffee to develop cherished cup characteristics, such as a fragrant lavender aroma and delightful acidity.
