We’re thrilled to present a microlot crafted by young Rwandan producer Philippe Sinayobye. Single-producer Rwandan lots are a rare find, though Sinayobye was singled out for this honour by his Abahuzamugambi Ba Kawa Maraba cooperative. Through his implementation of shade trees and organic fertilisers, Sinayobye has managed to produce incredible Red Bourbon coffee worthy of recognition. A 12-18 hour fermentation and final processing at Kabuye washing station further lent this cup its light body, crisp acidity, and peachy flavour.
