    It’s not often we’re honoured to source single origins from India, so best pay attention! This particular cup is double the thrill through its combination of a green tip geisha with honey processing. Grown among the high peaks and cool shadows of Tamil Nadu, this slow-ripening coffee reaped the full benefits of the farm’s loamy soil and frequent mists. Producer Prakash’s honey processing is the cherry on top of the lot’s bright acidity and big floral notes, bringing out peachy sweetness and infusing a syrupy body to the final cup.
