    A special geisha courtesy of Faustino Flores, head of the family that’s been pioneering Perúvian specialty coffee for the past three generations. While his son David is at the helm of Finca El Morito, Faustino continues to oversee cultivation and is always experimenting with the best varieties and innovative techniques on the farm. This lot is one such example, employing a double fermentation (the first 24 hours in hermetically-sealed tanks, and second fermentation with mucilage on), plus a mix of solar and shade drying to produce a great concentration of sweetness in the final cup.
