The perfect culmination of science and nature in one coffee. Introducing a geisha of resounding cup quality from Inmaculada farm. While the most traditional method, the Holguin family takes natural processing to the next level with their innovation-forward investment in an on-site, solar-powered parabolic greenhouse. Harvested cherries were carefully sorted before sun-drying until 50% moisture content was achieved. The temperature-controlled greenhouse then comes into play, where solar-powered heat peaks at 35%, before ending the drying process when the lot’s moisture hits 10.5%. All resulting in a pleasingly complex cup abundant in floral, berry, and fruity flavours.

    ABOUT THE FARM

With great reverence to the lush Andes mountains they reside in, the Holguin family's agroforestry approach to coffee production has led to the growth of brilliant exotic varieties on Inmaculada that complement the land’s existing biodiversity. Making Inmaculada particularly special is its dedicated post-harvest facilities: from processing to production, every lot here is made with passion and purpose.
