    Fresh from Ethiopia’s famed Yirgacheffe region, this lot comprises the finest beans from 30-40 local farmers in the village of Banko Gotiti. Given the village’s proximity, the farmers pool their cherries together at the premium Huke washing station. The station has earned its premium title due to its high-elevation location and reputation for producing incredible lots. This Kurume-Wolisho cup is no exception, taking advantage of a 21-day natural process to infuse the cup with complex tea notes and plenty of peachy sweetness.
