    Meet a geisha two decades in the making. Producer Fredy Orantes’ coffee journey began with a profound legacy (his father and grandfather were also farmers) and coffee seeds gifted from a friend. From there he established Vista Hermosa, where this lot was grown in volcanic soil under the shade of avocado trees. Post-harvest, Fredy’s family helped him to sort the best cherries for natural processing, which encompassed a 48-hour fermentation and 25 day drying period. The final result is a rich and nutty cup with a velvet body and bouquet of rose aroma.
