Producer July Jumbo is a second-generation farmer that’s expertly nurtured native Sidra cherries on the plateaus of Sozoranga to produce a coffee ripe for double fermentation. Once fermented, the beans were pulped, washed, and then left on raised beds to dry. Sozoranga’s naturally dry climate makes the last step a quick process, resulting in a final cup that flourishes with notes akin to a poached fruit dessert..
