    We adore Adorsi, and what a way to welcome the Testi Specialty Coffee Company back into rotation! Radiant and juicy, this washed mixed-variety lot blends some of the best that the Yirgacheffe region has to offer. Local Aricha outgrowers consolidated their Kurume, Wolisho, and JARC variety cherries at Adorsi washed station, where a 48-hour washed process imbued the final lot with tangy nectarine notes, citrusy botanicals, and a warming sweetness. All rounded out by a light roast in our Sydney roastery.
