Just like the garden of the Greek philosopher Epicurus (that producer Léo Henao named the farm after), this lot is the delightful result of great knowledge and a unique environment coming together. With his background in coffee buying and agronomy, Henao was perfectly positioned to bring this Chiroso lot to its full potential on the slopes of the Santa Barbara region. A slow maturation period and washed process has imbued this coffee with gummy fruit notes and yellow peach accents that make the cup distinct and intensely sweet.
