In bringing together a passionate, barista-minded team (Cafe Uba) with a high-grown Sudan Rume and unique processing, producer Julio Cesar Madrid has created a citrus-y coffee of supreme cup quality. We love its bursting pomegranate notes informed by a 72-hour bioreactor fermentation, and controlled drying that preserved the bean’s juicy acidity.  A perfect representation of the Quindio coffee region where La Milàn resides, this rare variety’s lingering impression is one of silky body, sweet aromatics, and clean, vibrant flavours.
